BPC-157, TB-500, KPV and the rest of the repair and anti-inflammatory group, plus the bone and immune compounds.
This is the part of the library with the widest gap between how confidently it is discussed and how much human evidence exists. Much of it rests on animal work; several of the best-known compounds here have no approved human dose anywhere, and their pages say so at the top. The practical tracking problem is that recovery is slow and subjective, so a symptom score recorded consistently is worth more than a remembered impression.
For most of this group, very little. The compound pages carry a regulatory standing line derived from that page's own sources, and for much of this category it reads "No approved product cited" — which is the honest answer rather than a hedge.
A 1-10 score for the specific thing you are watching, recorded daily at roughly the same time, beats an occasional note. Plotted against the days you actually dosed it becomes a readable line rather than a memory.
Several compounds here are sold pre-mixed — BPC-157 with TB-500, say. You dose by one component and receive a fixed ratio of the others; the blend calculator shows what the draw actually delivers.
Every figure on these pages is sourced the same way — see the editorial policy for the hierarchy, and the full library for all 208 compounds.
