A patient exports a record from their own app and sends it to you; you import it, read every lab, metric and dose as a chart, see what changed since their last record, write private notes and notes meant for them, record visits, propose starting, changing, pausing or stopping a protocol, send lab results and visit notes back into their record, and export a printable patient file for the chart. Patient records are never synced to iCloud and never reach us; they move only in files you export yourself. Provider includes everything in Pro. BioHack Track is a record-keeping tool: it does not prescribe, and a change sent through it is not a prescription.

That is your decision, but the arithmetic is not. Whatever volume you choose, the calculator on this page turns your vial size and water volume into a concentration and the exact number of units to draw on a U-100 syringe. More water means a larger, easier-to-measure draw for the same dose; less water means a smaller one. The app never recommends an amount to take.

Units are just hundredths of a millilitre on a U-100 syringe. Divide your dose by the vial's concentration to get the volume, then multiply by 100. The calculator above does it for you, and the app draws the syringe filled to that mark so you can check it against the barrel in your hand.

Half-life is how long it takes for half of a compound to clear. It matters because it decides how much is estimated to still be active when your next dose lands — BPC-157 halves in about five hours, TB-500 in about two and a half days, semaglutide in about a week. The app models every logged dose against its half-life, which is why the levels chart shows a curve rather than a list.

Yes, with Pro, and it is deliberately separate from protocol cycling. Turning it on adds a Cycle card to Today with period logging, phase and next-period projections, and a cycle overlay on your wellness charts — so you can see how a compound lands against where you are in your cycle rather than treating every week as identical. Projections are estimates for tracking only, not for contraception or medical decisions.

Two different things that share a word. An on/off cycle is part of a protocol — weeks on, weeks off, with reminders that follow it — and that is free. Cycle tracking means menstrual cycle logging with phase overlays, and that is free too.

No. It is a personal tracking and organisation tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend doses, and the compound library is general-knowledge reference you can edit. Decisions about what to take belong with you and a qualified prescriber.
