We answer our
own email.

BioHack Track is made by a small team. Write to us and a person reads it — usually within one to two business days.

Reporting a bug? Tell us your device, whether you are on free or Pro, and what you tapped just before it went wrong. A screenshot or screen recording is worth more than anything else you can send — most of the bugs fixed this year were found from one.

Subscriptions and billing

How do I restore my Pro subscription on a new phone?

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to the Apple Account or Google account that bought it, so sign in with that account first. Nothing needs to be re-purchased.

I subscribed but Pro features are still locked.

Tap Restore Purchases in the app's Settings. If it is still locked after that, force-quit and reopen the app so it can re-check with the store, then email us with the account you purchased on.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple and Google, not by us, so they are cancelled in the store. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BioHack Track → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep Pro until the paid period ends.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. Everything you logged stays in the app and in your backups. Pro features lock, but your history, protocols, vials, labs and photos are all still there and all still exportable — and they unlock exactly as you left them if you resubscribe.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you bought through. On iPhone use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use the Play Store order history. We cannot issue store refunds ourselves, but email us and we will help you sort out whatever went wrong.

Your data

Does the free version really have unlimited history?

Yes. Unlimited compounds, protocols, doses and history, with no ads and no account required. Backup, restore, CSV export and importing from another app are all free too — we do not hold your own data hostage. Pro unlocks the analysis layer: lab import, body composition, progress photos, correlations, the doctor report, household profiles and cycle tracking.

How do I move my data to a new phone?

If you use iCloud on iPhone, sign in with the same Apple Account and your data syncs down on its own. Otherwise open Settings → Backup, save the backup file somewhere you can reach from the new phone, install the app there and use Restore. The backup contains everything, at every tier.

My lab PDF imported nothing.

Most portal exports work, but layouts vary widely between labs. Send the PDF to us and we will add support for that format — that is how the current parsers were built. Do remove anything you would rather we did not see first.

Using the app

A dose shows in mg but my vial is in IU.

IU measures activity, not mass, and there is no universal conversion, so the app keeps IU vials and IU doses locked together. If you are seeing a mismatch, open the protocol and check the vial linked to it. If it still looks wrong, send us a screenshot — a bug of exactly this shape was fixed in version 3.13 and we take reports of it seriously.

Is my data sent anywhere?

The app works fully offline and needs no account. Sync between your own devices runs through your private iCloud, which we cannot read. See the privacy policy for the full detail.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and Android phones. The app is free to download on both.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Reset removes everything from the app. Deleting the app removes its local data with it; if you sync, also delete the app's data from your iCloud settings.

Still stuck?

Email info@creativeimages.media and tell us what happened. Feature requests are welcome too — a lot of what is in the app now started as one.
