The GHRH analogues and ghrelin-receptor agonists — CJC-1295, ipamorelin, tesamorelin, sermorelin, MK-677 — and the compounds people stack with them for lean mass.
This group is unusually schedule-sensitive. Most of these are dosed around sleep or in a fasted window, several are run in on/off cycles rather than continuously, and a good deal of the category is sold as a blend in a single vial — which is where dosing gets genuinely confusing, because you dose by one component and receive all of them.
Endogenous growth hormone is released in pulses, the largest of which follows sleep onset. The usual reasoning is to time a secretagogue with that pulse rather than against it. Whether it matters is contested; what is not contested is that an inconsistent schedule makes any of it impossible to read afterwards.
The blend dose calculator takes the vial and the component you are dosing by, then shows the volume, the syringe units, and what that same draw delivers of everything else in the vial.
No, and treating them as interchangeable is one of the more expensive mistakes in this category. HGH and hCG are measured and dosed in IU; there is no fixed conversion to mass. The unit converter keeps IU in IU from the label to the syringe rather than inventing one.
