A pre-mixed vial is one solution — draw it and you take every compound in the ratio it was mixed. Enter the blend and the compound you are dosing by, and this gives you the volume, the syringe units, and what that same draw delivers of everything else in the vial.
A blend is a single solution, so every draw takes all of its compounds in the ratio they were mixed. Pick the compound you actually care about, work out its concentration in the vial, and solve the volume from that. The calculator then tells you what that same volume delivers of everything else — which is the number people forget.
Because you cannot choose it. In a pre-mixed vial the ratio is fixed at manufacture. If a CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin blend is 5 mg of each and you draw 200 mcg of CJC-1295, you are also taking 200 mcg of Ipamorelin. The only way to change one is to buy them separately.
Enter the real mg of each. A 10 mg / 2 mg blend behaves very differently from 6 mg / 6 mg, and dosing it as though it were even is a common way to take five times more of one component than intended.
Yes. Blends are stored as structured components with their own mg amounts, so the app can dose by any one of them, warn you when the same compound arrives from two protocols on the same day, and count the vial down correctly. Twenty-one common blends are pre-loaded.
Yes — enter what you put in. The arithmetic does not care whether the vial came pre-mixed or you combined it, as long as the mg figures are right.
