1 · Agreement

These Terms are between you and Creative Images LLC ("we", "us"), and they cover the BioHack Track mobile app, this website and the tools on it. By installing or using any of them you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use BioHack Track.

2 · Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source of the app, except where that restriction is unenforceable under the law that applies to you.

3 · Not medical advice

This is the part that matters most, so it is worth saying twice. BioHack Track is a personal tracking tool. Compound information, half-life models, interaction warnings, the reconstitution calculator and every chart in the app are general reference and arithmetic applied to figures you entered. They are not a treatment recommendation and are not a substitute for professional medical judgement.

• We do not supply, sell, endorse or recommend any compound.
• We do not verify that anything you log is safe, legal or appropriate for you.
• Interaction and stacking warnings are prompts to ask a professional, not clearance to proceed.
• You are responsible for complying with the law where you live.

Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the app. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service.

4 · Your data and your content

What you log is yours. We do not claim ownership of it. The app runs without an account and works fully offline; where you enable sync, data moves through your own private iCloud storage rather than servers we control. How information is handled is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups. The app can export a complete backup and a CSV of your data at every tier, free included — please use it. We are not liable for data lost through device failure, deletion, a store account change, or an operating-system or iCloud problem outside our control.

5 · Free tier and Pro subscriptions

BioHack Track is free to download and free to use for tracking, with no ads and no limit on compounds, protocols, doses or history. Backup, restore, CSV export and importing from another app are also free.

Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the analysis features described in the app and on the App Store and Google Play listings. Current pricing is shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region.

• Payment is taken by Apple or Google, not by us, through the account you bought with.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled under the store's policy, not ours. We will help you where we can.
• If a subscription lapses, Pro features lock but nothing you logged is deleted, and everything remains exportable. Resubscribing restores access to it unchanged.

We may change prices or what each tier includes. Where a change affects an active subscription we will give notice as the relevant app store requires, and store rules on price increases apply.

6 · Acceptable use

Do not use BioHack Track to break the law, to distribute or promote controlled substances, to provide medical advice to other people, or to interfere with the app's operation or security. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to hold.

7 · App stores

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no responsibility for the app or for support of it. Where Apple's standard licensed-application terms would give you greater rights than these Terms, those terms prevail to that extent.

8 · Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features. We aim to keep the app working and improving, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9 · Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that compound data, half-life models or calculator output are complete, current or correct for your circumstances.

10 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits or any health outcome arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11 · Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 3, 4 and 9 to 12 survive termination.

12 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights, that law applies to you.

13 · Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be signalled in the app or on this page. Continuing to use BioHack Track after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
