Rapamycin (Sirolimus)

mTOR complex 1 (mTORC1) inhibitor that extends lifespan in multiple organisms, including mice. The most pharmacologically well-characterized longevity compound. Used clinically as an immunosuppressant after organ transplant; explored off-label in low intermittent doses for aging.

Cautions
