6 topics from the guide built into BioHack Track, published in full.
Open Settings → Notifications in the app to check the status. If it says Denied, tap Open System Settings and enable notifications for BioHack Track. Also make sure Focus/Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them, and that each schedule has a reminder time set.
Sync needs you signed in to the same Apple ID with iCloud Drive on for both devices. Check Settings → iCloud Sync in the app — if it says “Not Signed In,” sign in via iOS Settings. Sync can take a few minutes and needs a connection. Your data is never lost in the meantime; it's safe on-device.
The chart is built from logged doses, so it stays empty until you log something, and it decays to zero between doses based on half-life. If a compound looks off, confirm its dose unit and that the doses are actually logged (Today → History).
It needs two things: a lab draw containing all nine PhenoAge markers, and your date of birth set in Settings. If a draw is missing a marker, that draw is skipped. Add the missing labs or your birth date and it will appear.
Cost tracking is only as complete as your inventory, because every dollar figure is derived from it. Check three things:
1. Did you add your inventory? Costs come from vials/bottles in the Inventory tab — not from the schedule itself. No inventory means no cost data.
2. Did you enter a cost on each item? A vial with a blank price contributes $0.
3. Is the stock linked to a protocol/schedule? The app only counts costs for inventory that's attached to the doses drawing from it. New stock usually auto-links to a matching active schedule, but a custom-named compound or a name mismatch may need you to link it manually when you save the item.
Once your inventory has prices and is linked, the per-dose cost, running cycle cost, and Financial Report all fill in automatically.
If something isn't covered here, reach out through the support link on our App Store page. Exporting a Doctor Report or your data backup (Settings → Data Export) before reaching out can help us help you faster.
The same guide is searchable inside the app under Settings.
