11 topics from the guide built into BioHack Track, published in full.
Open it from the + menu or Inventory. Enter your vial's peptide amount, the bacteriostatic water you're adding, and your target dose — it tells you exactly how many units/mL to draw. There's also a reverse mode to solve for the water volume that makes a round dose, and you can export the result.
Long-press your Home Screen → Edit → Add Widget → BioHack Track. The first two in the list are Up Next (small and medium) — the ones you'll want:
When you've finished everything for the day, the tile shows your streak instead of an empty slot.
The widget follows the appearance you picked in the app (Settings → Appearance), not just the phone's — so if you run the app in Dark while your phone is in Light, the widget stays dark to match.
The widget refreshes whenever you open or leave the app, and it's given a week of upcoming doses in advance. That means it keeps rolling over to the right doses each morning on its own — you don't have to open the app to "wake it up," even if you haven't launched BioHack Track in days.
iOS decides exactly when a widget redraws, so a tile can lag by a few minutes. If one ever looks stale, opening the app refreshes it immediately.
You can log a dose or log your weight hands-free with Siri (“Log my dose in BioHack Track”). These use Apple's App Shortcuts — set up phrases in the iOS Shortcuts app if you like.
Anywhere you add a progress photo — Before/After, a Daily Check-In photo slot, or Replace in the photo manager — you get both options: Take Photo or Choose from Library.
Taking one opens the camera right there, and the shot is filed under the angle you picked, dated today. Before it's saved you get a full-size preview so you can actually see whether it's sharp — if it isn't, tap Retake and go straight back to the camera. Nothing is stored until you tap Save.
Photos stay on your device and in your private iCloud. They are never uploaded to us.
Want them in your own photo library too? Settings → Progress Photos → Also Save to Photos puts a copy in a "BioHack Track" album as you take them. It's off by default — a copy in your library also appears in Recents, Memories, and anywhere else Photos surfaces images, so leave it off if you'd rather keep progress photos apart from the rest of your camera roll.
Capture before/after photos by angle (front, side, back, face, hair). Compare them side-by-side, with a slider, or in a grid, and export a shareable image. Privacy stickers (emoji or auto-detected face covers) let you hide your face, and you can drag weight/body-fat stat badges anywhere on the exported image. You can also generate a time-lapse video. Manage or delete any photo from the photo library manager.
From Settings or the + menu, export a Doctor Report (a clean PDF of your protocol, doses, labs, side effects, and body-composition changes to bring to an appointment — it includes every record for the period you pick, however long the history, and each section is headed with its count so your provider can see the full scope) or a Financial Report summarizing what your protocols cost — now with a Body Composition Results section that pairs your spend against outcomes (e.g. cost per lb of muscle gained, cost per point of visceral fat reduced).
Important — the Financial Report only works if you give it cost data. It's built entirely from your Inventory: each vial or bottle needs a cost entered, and that stock must be linked to a protocol/schedule so the app knows which doses draw from it. If you skip inventory, or add stock but never attach it to a schedule, the report will have nothing to total. See “Why is my Financial Report empty?” under Troubleshooting.
Settings → Share With Your Provider builds a read-only snapshot of exactly what you choose to include — protocols, doses, labs, vitals — and hands it over as a file.
Your provider opens it in BioHack Track's Preview a Patient's Shared Data screen. It is view-only and stored nowhere: nothing is saved to their app, their iCloud, or ours. Close it and it's gone. Certificates of analysis are always excluded.
For an appointment where you just want something printable, use the Doctor Report PDF instead.
Pick your currency once in Settings and it's used everywhere — vial costs, remaining value, price comparisons, and both the on-screen and exported reports. Amounts you've already entered aren't converted; the symbol simply changes to the one you use.
BioHack Track ships in its signature Dark theme, but you can switch to a warm Light Mode in Settings → Appearance if you prefer a brighter look. It's opt-in — Dark stays the default — and every screen, chart, and report adapts to your choice.
Under Settings → Help you'll find three ways to weigh in:
Feedback genuinely shapes what gets built next, so don't be shy.
