Progress Tab

4 topics from the guide built into BioHack Track, published in full.

Goals & goal progress

Set a goal weight and/or goal body fat % in Settings → Goals, and a progress bar appears at the top of the Progress tab. Progress is measured from your Protocol Start Date (also in Settings), so it reflects the current cycle. Clear a goal field to turn it off.

You can also set a goal range — a low and high weight — which shades a band across your weight chart on the Health tab. Set both ends for it to appear. The band is clipped to the part of the chart you are looking at, so a goal far from your current weight never flattens the trend line.

Overview & wellness vs. protocol

The Progress tab is your at-a-glance scoreboard: consistency, overview stat tiles, the “In Your System” compound-level chart, and a Wellness vs. Protocol chart that overlays outcomes against your dosing timeline to answer “is it working?”. Its metric picker is a grouped menu — tap it to choose from Biological Age, Wellness (energy, mood, sleep, plus any custom metrics), Heart (Apple Health) (resting HR, HRV, VO₂ max, walking HR), and Body Composition (muscle, fat-free mass, body water, visceral/subcutaneous fat, BMR, and more).

Lab & body-metric changes

See Lab Marker Changes since you started, a per-compound summary, tagged side effects, and a Body Metrics chart. Its picker is grouped into Body Composition (muscle mass, fat-free mass, bone mass, body water, visceral/subcutaneous fat, BMR, metabolic age), Body Size (weight, BMI, waist/chest/hips/arms/thighs), and Vitals (blood pressure, sleep) so you can find any metric without scrolling through a long row of pills.

Before/after photo compare

Track visual progress with side-by-side, slider, or grid photo comparisons, and export a shareable image with optional privacy stickers and stat overlays. See the Photos topic under Tools for details.
