The active-levels chart estimates how much of each compound is still in your system using its half-life and exponential decay, based only on doses you've actually logged. It doesn't project unlogged future doses, so the line reflects reality, not a plan. Every library compound has a half-life value; IU-dosed compounds are shown approximately.
BioHack Track uses the peer-reviewed Levine PhenoAge (2018) formula, which combines nine blood markers (albumin, creatinine, glucose, hs-CRP, lymphocyte %, MCV, RDW, alkaline phosphatase, WBC) with your chronological age. The app resolves marker-name variations and unit conversions automatically and groups results into “draws.” If a draw is missing any of the nine markers, it's skipped rather than guessed.
From your reconstitution. If a vial holds 5 mg and you add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water, the concentration is 2.5 mg/mL. A 250 mcg dose is 0.25 mg ÷ 2.5 mg/mL = 0.1 mL.
Insulin syringes are marked in units, not mL, and a U-100 syringe has 100 units per mL — so 0.1 mL = 10 units, which is what the app shows and draws.
IU-based vials (HGH, hCG) use the same arithmetic in IU, and mg and IU are never silently converted into one another — they're different kinds of measurement and the app keeps them apart.
Always sanity-check the draw against the syringe in your hand before injecting.
Each dose's cost is derived live from the linked vial's price and how you reconstituted it — so as vial costs change, your per-dose and per-cycle numbers update. The Financial Report rolls these up across protocols.
Inventory also shows a cost per unit of compound so you can compare vendors honestly, whatever size vial they sell. That unit follows what the vial is actually measured in: per mg for a normal vial, per IU for an activity-dosed one (HGH, hCG), and per unit for pills or capsules. Vendors are ranked within the same compound, so you're always comparing like with like.
Dose reminders, phase-transition alerts, reorder alerts, lab-retest reminders, and progress-photo nudges are all local notifications scheduled on your device — no server involved. Dose reminders include ✓ Taken and Snooze buttons right on the notification. Manage them in Settings → Notifications.
