5 topics from the guide built into BioHack Track, published in full.
There are five tabs along the bottom:
A search button sits in the top-left of every tab, and the gear opens Settings.
On the Today tab, a Get Started card walks you through the first steps: set up a protocol, add your inventory, log your first dose, set your goals and birth date, take a “before” photo, and log a lab result to unlock your Biological Age. Each step checks off automatically as you complete it, and the card disappears once you're set up. You can dismiss it early with the ✕.
Tap + → New Protocol (or “Set up your protocol” in the checklist). Choose one of three sources:
Set the dose, frequency (daily, specific days, cycles), and time, then Save. Your doses now appear on Today.
On Today, each due dose has a circle on the right. Tap the circle to open a quick confirmation (dose, site, notes) and log it, or swipe right on the row to log it instantly with the next injection site filled in automatically. That's it — your streak, “In Your System” chart, and inventory all update.
BioHack Track is a data-driven app — nearly every chart, insight, and report is only as good as what you put in. The more consistently you log, the more it can do for you:
Empty or sparse sections almost always just mean that type of data hasn't been entered yet — not that the feature is broken. Fill it in and the app fills out with you.
The same guide is searchable inside the app under Settings.
