7 topics from the guide built into BioHack Track, published in full.
No. BioHack Track is a tracking and organization tool. The compound information and dosing ranges are general-knowledge starting points, not medical advice or a prescription. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or changing any protocol. See Settings → Legal & Medical Disclaimer.
Yes. The app is fully usable without a connection — logging, charts, the library, calculators, and this guide all work offline. iCloud sync catches up automatically when you're back online.
New protocols default to mg because that's what most people enter, but you can switch the unit on any dose — mcg, mg, mL, units, or IU for compounds like HGH and hCG. Just tap the unit picker. Conversions inside the same family (mcg ↔ mg) are handled for you.
mg and IU are never converted into each other. They measure different things — mass versus biological activity — and the conversion differs per compound, so the app keeps them apart on purpose. An IU vial stays in IU everywhere: the draw, doses per vial, stock remaining, and cost (shown as cost per IU, not per mg).
Tap any number field and it clears to an empty box instantly, so you can just type your value instead of deleting the old one. If you tap away without typing, the previous value comes back.
On Today, swipe left on a due dose for Edit, Reschedule, or Skip. To pause or stop a schedule, open it (or Settings → Manage All Schedules) and use Pause/Resume. Delete logged doses by swiping left on them in History or on the Calendar. When you delete a logged dose that came out of a vial, the app asks whether to put that dose back into your stock — say no if it came from a vial you've long since finished, so an old correction doesn't inflate what's on hand. Undoing a dose from Today restores the stock and the injection-site rotation automatically. Manage inventory from Settings → Manage Inventory.
The app itself is free — see Free & Pro. Pro is an optional subscription (Annual or Monthly) that adds the import, analysis and reporting features.
Manage or cancel it anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions — the app can't change your subscription for you. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have a promo code, enter it where prompted.
Cancelling never deletes anything: your data stays, the Pro features lock, and everything returns if you resubscribe.
Not at all. You can track oral compounds, supplements, and vitamins as pills/tablets/capsules, and choose routes like oral, nasal, or topical. The injection-site features simply don't appear for non-injectables.
The same guide is searchable inside the app under Settings.
